나의 어머니에게 빗소리가 들려서 아름다운 추억이 떠오르네요. 비가 내리는 날, 어머니는 나와 함께 창밖을 보며 조용히 이야기했습니다. "비는 새들의 울음처럼 슬프지만, 마음을 깨끗이 해줄 것이니 두려워 마." 그 말에 나는 더욱 아름다운 빗소리를 들었습니다. 오늘도 비가 내리고 있습니다. 그러나 어머니가 없이는 빗소리는 슬프지 않습니다.

Winter's Chill

Winter's chill creeps in the air, Snowflakes fall without a care. Ice crystals gleam in the sun, A blanket of white has begun. The trees stand bare, stripped of their leaves, The wind whistles through the winter eve. A time for warmth, for fires aglow, For hot cocoa and mistletoe. The world is hushed, a silent calm, As nature takes a well-deserved palm. The cold may bite, but it's a small price, For the beauty that winter brings to our eyes. So let us embrace the frosty night, And revel in the magic of winter's light. For though it may be harsh and wild, It's a season like no other, so dignified.
